Las cancelaciones realizadas entre 7 y 14 días antes de la actividad serán reembolsadas al 50%. Cancelaciones dentro de 7 días no son reembolsables. En caso de cancelación por parte de nuestro operador debido a condiciones climáticas o circunstancias imprevistas, ofrecemos reprogramación gratuita o reembolso total. Los reembolsos se procesan en el método de pago original dentro de 5 a 10 días hábiles.
